The Georgia Music Foundation and Jameson® Irish Whiskey hosted the first “Jameson Peach Jam” Tuesday night (03/21) at The George Jones. The event was the official kick-off for the “Fourth Annual Jameson Irish Whiskey Presents Georgia On My Mind” benefit concert hosted by the Peach Pickers on May 16 at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
The “Jameson Peach Jam” was a celebration of Georgia’s hitmakers and featured the songwriting talents of Pat Alger, Tony Arata, Trea Landon, Jon Langston, Cole Taylor, and surprise guest, Peach Picker and chair of the Georgia Music Foundation Dallas Davidson.
“It was a great night of music from some of the most significant and up-and-coming Georgia songwriters in Country Music,” Davidson said. “And it was a great way to gear up for ‘Georgia On My Mind,’ which is bound to be another memorable event celebrating our Georgia roots and Nashville connections.”
Tickets for the “Fourth Annual Jameson Irish Whiskey Presents Georgia On My Mind” benefit concert May 16 at the Ryman Auditorium are $52.50 and $42.50 and are available via Ticketmaster outlets, ticketmaster.com, ryman.com, or by calling (800) 745-3000.
