Ty Herndon’s 2017 Concert For Love and Acceptance, hosted by CMT’s Cody Alan, has added more talent to its already stellar lineup. In addition to Ty Herndon, Billy Gilman, Kree Harrison, Ryan Kinder, Runaway June, Michael Ray, Street Corner Symphony, Thompson Square, Trent Harmon, Mickey Guyton, and comedian Dana Goldberg, the concert will also include performances by YouTuber and Glee star, Noah Guthrie, the “All for You” and Change Your Mind” singer Ken Block of Sister Hazel, and Nashville pop duo, Kingston, who just released their new single “Like I Used To.” Additionally, the concert will feature Christian rocker and former Everyday Sunday member, Trey Pearson, who has had five No. 1 songs to date.
“This event IS a love revival,” said Ty Herndon. “I’m looking forward to having so many of my friends join me for this great night of music and celebration of love and acceptance.”
The event, created to support Nashville’s at-risk youth and to benefit the Oasis Center, is set for Thursday, June 8 starting at 7:00 p.m. at Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville, Tenn. In 2015, Herndon created the musical event to bring together the Nashville music community of artists and their fans in a celebration of tolerance, love and acceptance.
This year’s partners include media partner CMT and nonprofit partner GLAAD, as well as local sponsors Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Wade Weissmann Architecture, and Retief Skin Center.
