Billboard honored their 2017 Country Power Players at a first ever event on Nashville’s L27 rooftop, which coincided with the Nashville Billboard issue out now, revealing the 100 Power Players. During the night, Billboard celebrated Nashville’s music heavyweights for their significant contribution to the industry including Sarah Trahern, CEO of Country Music Association, who was honored as Executive of the Year.  The event also recognized select music artists for their achievement in reaching the #1 position on Billboard’s Top Country Albums or Hot Country Songs charts in the past year.
