Florida Georgia Line not only dominate Country radio, but also Pop radio with the FGL/Bebe Rexha smash collaboration “Meant to Be.” And now, the duo prepares for various television performances alongside Rexha and Morgan Wallen.
Together FGL and Rexha will perform their 2X PLATINUM-certified hit, “Meant to Be,” on Sunday at the 53rd Academy of Country Music Awards live from Las Vegas on CBS (8/7c). From there they will head over to Los Angeles to deliver the number to daytime viewers on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on April 18.
Holding the No. 1 spot for the 19th consecutive week on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, “Meant to Be” has surpassed FGL’s previously held 18-week record with “H.O.L.Y.” They now have three of the five longest-leading No. 1 hits in chart history. Rocketing to Top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100, “Meant to Be” has also amassed over 680 million global streams plus 329.2 million views on its free-and-easy music video.
On April 26, FGL will appear on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! (11:35/10:35c) with Wallen for the national TV introduction of the Top 15 single “Up Down.” The crew teamed up in Nashville last week, as FGL headlined a downtown “Tradition Evolved” street party in celebration of the NFL’s Tennessee Titans’ 20th season.
Later this year, FGL will make their headlining debut at the annual Stagecoach festival in Indio, CA, on April 27. Details on the superstar duo’s brand new headlining tour are also coming soon.
