Dolly Parton is set to receive the Tex Ritter Award for her TV movie Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors at the ACM Awards.

The film, which is based on Parton’s own childhood, was first broadcast in 2015 and tells the story of how her family used the power of love to triumph over loss and poverty.

But, that’s just the start of the big news for the Queen of Country. To celebrate the prestigious honor, pop superstar and long-time Parton fan, Katy Perry, will join the 10-time ACM Award winner on stage for an unforgettable duet live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3 at 8/7c.

The performance will mark the first time Perry and Parton will take the stage together in front of a live audience—and it’s sure to cause fireworks.

These no-nonsense female superstars join a long list of incredible artists slated to perform at Country Music’s Party Of The Year®, including Brett Eldredge, Cassadee Pope, Chris Young, Tim McGraw, Thomas Rhett, Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney, and ACM co-hosts Dierks Bentley and Luke Bryan.

Stay tuned for even more announcements for the 51st Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, which will broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3 at 8/7c. The event can also be streamed on CBS.com and CBS All Access.

I’ll be collaborating with the ever amazing and oh so talented Katy Perry at this years ACM Awards! I'm very excited! #COMC CBShttp://bit.ly/ACM-Tex-Ritter-Katy-Perry
