Country music legend Charlie Daniels will receive the first-ever RARE COUNTRY HUMANITARIAN OF THE YEAR Award, honoring his commitment to veterans via The Journey Home Project, this Wednesday, November 30 during the Charlie Daniels 80th Birthday Volunteer Jam. The award will be presented to Daniels onstage at the Bridgestone Arena by surprise special guests. The HUMANITARIAN Award is the final honor to be announced as part of the inaugural RARE COUNTRY AWARDS, which showcases the year’s best in country music as determined by fans.
